Had website go off-line unexpectedly. 2 possible causes. AI helped identify one with immediate step to take, but live support agent via chat was able to quickly see the other issue AND get website functioning again. From a hosing standpoint, they have been solid support for us for many years now.
Offshore call centers can be difficult, but the call center agent I spoke had a good command of the English language. I needed to cancel my domain privacy protection at $15 annual up-charge. Very expensive and can be had for free elsewhere. Agent took care of it and was easy to understand through the accent.
