This was a VERY frustrating
This was a VERY frustrating "tech support" interaction with bluehost and probably need not have been had the original tech known the limits of his access/knowledge and passed it on to the right person. ALSO... I filed a case and didn't hear back from anybody.... again a black mark for bluehost tech-support. The last tech was superb but there is definately room for bluehost to impove the traininng of their first-line tech support.
